How to register with ZPAV.

Register with ZPAV, Poland's society for phonogram producers, to collect the producer (master) share of neighbouring rights when your recordings are broadcast or publicly performed in Poland.

Register as a Producer

Apply at zpav.pl as a phonogram producer (this includes self-releasing artists who own their masters). Provide proof of ownership, ID, and bank details.


Note: in Poland the performer share is collected by separate societies such as STOART or SAWP — if you are a performer as well as the master owner, check those too.

Submit Your Recordings with ISRCs

Submit each recording with title, ISRC, featured artist, release year, and label so Polish broadcast reports can be matched to your masters.
