Register as a Performer and/or Producer (Free)

Register at gramex.fi. Registration is free. Gramex Finland distributes to both performers and producers — self-releasing artists who own their masters should register for both roles.

You will need: photo ID, bank details, and a list of recordings.

Why this matters

Gramex Finland is the Finnish society collecting neighbouring rights; registering only as a performer misses the producer share.

Common mistake

Not claiming the producer role when you own the master.

Submit Your Recordings with ISRCs

Submit each recording with title, ISRC, featured artist, release year, and label so Finnish broadcast logs can be matched.

Why this matters

Recordings without ISRCs cannot be matched to Finnish radio and TV reports.

Common mistake

Omitting ISRCs.
