How to register with Gramex.

Register with Gramex, Denmark's neighbouring rights society, to collect royalties for performers and producers when your master recordings are broadcast or publicly performed in Denmark.

Register as a Performer and/or Producer (Free)

Register at gramex.dk. Registration is free. Gramex distributes neighbouring rights to both performers and producers — if you self-release and own your masters, register for both roles to collect the full share.


You will need: government-issued photo ID, bank details, and a list of recordings you performed on or produced.

Why this matters

Gramex is the Danish society collecting neighbouring rights. Self-releasing artists who register only as performers miss the producer share.

Common mistake

Registering only as a performer when you also own the master. Claim both roles.

Submit Your Recordings with ISRCs

Submit each recording with title, ISRC, featured artist, release year, and label. Gramex matches Danish broadcast logs against registered ISRCs.
